Hygiene and Excellence Standard
7Heaven’s World’s Ltd – Perfume Factory
1. Purpose
This standard ensures that all operations at 7Heaven’s World’s Ltd maintain the highest level of hygiene and excellence in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and international cosmetic and fragrance regulations.
2. Scope
Applies to all employees, visitors, contractors, suppliers, and production areas within our perfume factory.
3. Hygiene Standards
Personal Hygiene
- Staff must wear clean uniforms, protective coats, gloves, hairnets, and shoe covers in production areas.
- Frequent handwashing with antibacterial soap before and after handling raw materials or equipment.
- No food, drink, smoking, or strong personal fragrances allowed in production zones.
Facility Hygiene
- Daily cleaning and sanitisation of all production, filling, and packaging areas.
- Weekly deep-cleaning of ventilation systems, storage rooms, and machinery.
- Controlled access to production areas to avoid contamination.
Raw Materials & Equipment
- All raw ingredients are received, inspected, and stored according to ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP standards.
- Equipment and mixing vessels must be sanitised before and after every batch.
- Water used in production must meet purified/filtered quality standards.
